I’ve got another busy weekend! Tastings with curious brides-to-be, a cake at Olowalu Plantation, with Blue Sky Weddings, a Candy Bar for Merriman’s Kapalua, and, lastly, a beautiful cake for Lena at Belle Destinations & Events at the Ka’anapali Coffee Estates!

These cakes will be simple and elegant, one is using red roses with tangerine ribbon, another, white Cymbidium orchids, and lastly, one with purple Phalaenopsis!

In 2000, Heidi Cramer made a name for herself through her small, local bakery called Cakewalk Paia Bakery, on Maui’s Northshore. There she served the local and visitor community with fresh-from-the-oven goodies daily. Cakewalk Bakery was known, not only for incredible cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins and cookies, but, for delicious wedding and specialty cakes. In 2008, Cakewalk Bakery closed, and, evolved into Cake Bakery, which served the growing demand of high-quality baked goods to be sold wholesale, to many accounts on Maui. 2012 brought another change with the closure of Cake Bakery. With this change, Heidi has decided to follow her true passion of Special Events Desserts, with Maui Sweet Cakes! With the birth of Maui Sweet Cakes, Heidi is excited to focus of providing you and your guests the best Wedding Cakes, Dessert Bars and Cupcakes for your Maui Island Wedding, or, Special Event!
